Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management solution, which will give you complete command over your mailboxes and electronic mailing lists. With this intuitive GUI, you can set up a brand new e-mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Furthermore, you can redirect emails from one mail account to another, set up e-mail filters, create autoresponders and defend your e-mailbox accounts against junk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your e-mail box accounts against spam mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific e-mail box.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtrating your incoming mail messages based on specific criteria specified by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can swiftly set up a filter for any of your email accounts and choose the mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to several other e-mail accounts. Simply choose the email box account you wish to redirect electronic mails from, then select the target mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your choice to access your mailbox accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you want to set up on your desktop PC or handheld device and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple e-mailboxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to easily set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will handle the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
